QUESTIONS
Over the many years we've been in the grooming business, we've realized that if one person has a questions, chances are good many people may think the same thing. Below, we've comprised a list of questions and answers that we commonly get. If you have a question not listed below, feel free to call our boutique or contact us.
1. How much does it cost to get my pup groomed?
Every pup's cost is dependent on their coat, size, condition, and temperament. We are always happy to give an estimated quote via phone or during in-person inquiries.
2. How long does it take for my pup to get groomed?
We ask 2-4 hours for smaller fur friends and 3-6 hours for the larger fur friends. Our main goal is to provide a safe and welcoming experience for every pup that comes in, thus allowing more time to offer breaks during their groom to ensure they leave happy and always wanting to return.
3. What products do you use, and are they safe for sensitive skin?
All products used in our boutique have had ingredients thoroughly read through to ensure all products are safe for our fur friends.
4. How often should my pup be groomed?
We recommend any time between 3-5 weeks. Though not every pup is the same, we will help guide the best time duration between grooms, along with proper at-home grooming care.
5. Do you pluck ear hair and check anal glands?
We recommend consulting your pup's veterinary prior to getting their ears plucked. We do offer anal gland expressions upon request only, as we're not veterinarians. Additionally, we will only express externally. Most fur friends will naturally express their glands as they do their business, making gland expression not always needed.
